About

Since childhood, I have had potent intuitive and spiritual experiences, moments of deep knowing and feeling connected to my soul. Deeply empathic, I could feel the emotions people didn’t speak or even know they were feeling. This deep attunement to the unseen has been with me my entire life, shaping both my personal journey and my work as a healer.

I am in my early fifties and my life has been one of profound transformation. Like so many, I come from a history of deep wounds, early trauma, loss, and the kind of pain that leaves lasting imprints. I know what it means to feel lost inside your own life, to doubt your worth, to struggle with the same patterns that seem impossible to break. I also know, without a doubt, that healing is possible. I healed myself and continue to do so throughout this lifetime. The past is the mud ball I turn into a pearl over time.

I have always felt a deep connection to something greater, not in a religious sense but in a way that is intimate and personal. To me, the soul is not some abstract or mystical concept, it is the deepest, most unshakable part of you. It is who you are beneath the conditioning, beyond the stories, before the world told you who you were supposed to be. It holds your truth, your wisdom, and the blueprint for the life that is meant for you.

And the divine? That is the vast, transpersonal mystery that moves through everything. Some call it spirit, source, the universe, nature, or even love itself. It is not something outside of you, it is something you are always in relationship with. Whether you name it or simply feel it in the quiet moments of your life, it is there. And what matters most is not the words you use, but how it resonates in your heart.

My own relationship with the divine has been shaped by experience rather than dogma. It is non-religious, non-dogmatic, and deeply rooted in love. I do not believe in rigid systems of belief. I believe in what is real, in what heals, and in what brings us back to ourselves. I honor all spiritual perspectives that come from a place of compassion and do not cause harm to others.

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the intersection of psychology and the sacred. In 1995, a life-changing psychic awakening shifted my entire understanding of myself and set me on a new path. By 2001, I was working professionally as a tarot reader and soul guide, helping people navigate their inner worlds. But over time, I felt called to go deeper, to hold space for true healing and transformation. That calling led me to become a psychotherapist.

I have spent decades studying the ways in which we heal, through psychology, through spiritual wisdom, through the innate intelligence of the soul itself. My training includes depth psychology, attachment-based therapy, astrology, tarot, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, NLP, Reiki, energy work, ancient wisdom practices, and transpersonal exploration. But at the heart of it all, my greatest tool is intuition, the ability to listen deeply, see beneath the surface, and guide you toward the truth that has always been within you.

Beyond my work as a therapist, coach and healer, I also love to write, make art, and take pictures. Creativity has always been woven into my life, not just as an outlet but as a way of understanding the world. I believe that healing itself is a creative act, a process of turning suffering into something meaningful, shaping new possibilities from what once felt broken. The light of true self births through the darkness of difficult experiences.
