About

Since childhood, I have experienced being deeply intuitive, self aware and connected to my soul. As an empath, I could feel the emotions people didn’t express or even know they were feeling. This level of attunement to the unseen has been with me my entire life, shaping my personal journey and healing work.

Also since childhood, my life has been about transforming suffering into self sovereignty, resilience, and inner peace. Like most of us, I come from a history of early trauma, loss, neurodivergence and mental illness battles. I know what it means to feel outcasted, to feel lost inside your own life, to doubt your worth, to feel disembodied and struggling with self love, and to get stuck in negative narratives and patterns that seem impossible to break. I know what it is like to traverse menopause and shepherd both of my parents through cancer, demential, aging and death.

I also know that healing is possible. I healed myself and continue to do so throughout this lifetime. It is pressure that makes the diamond. And the mud ball that turns into a pearl.

I have always felt a deep connection to something greater, not in a religious sense but in a way that is intimate and personal. To me, the soul is not some abstract or mystical concept, it is the deepest, most unshakable part of you. It is who you are beneath the conditioning, beyond the stories, before the world told you who you were supposed to be. It holds your truth, your wisdom, and the blueprint for the life that is meant for you.

And the divine? That is the vast, transpersonal mystery that moves through everything. Whether you call it God, Goddess, Spirit, Source, the universe, nature, love, being, or whatever you name or don’t name it…

My own relationship with the divine has been cultivated by experience rather than beliefs. It is non-religious, non-dogmatic, and rooted in love. I do not believe in rigid systems of belief. I believe in the aliveness of presence, in what heals, and in what brings us back to inner truth. I honor all spiritual perspectives different than mine, so long as they come from a place of compassion and do not cause harm to others.

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the intersection of psychology and the sacred. In 1995, a life-changing psychic awakening shifted my entire understanding of myself and set me on a new path. By 2001, I was working professionally as a psychic tarot reader and soul guide, helping people navigate their inner worlds. Over time, I felt called to become a psychotherapist.

I have spent decades studying the ways in which we heal, through psychology, through spiritual wisdom, through the innate intelligence of the soul itself. My training includes depth psychology, attachment-based therapy, astrology, tarot, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, NLP, Reiki, energy work, ancient wisdom practices, and transpersonal exploration. But at the heart of it all, my greatest tool is intuition, the ability to listen deeply, see beneath the surface, and guide you toward the truth that has always been within you.

Beyond the healing work, I also love to write, make art, and take pictures. Creative expression has always been a way of life. I believe that healing itself is a creative act, a process of internal alchemy. The light of true self births through the darkness of difficult experiences.
